Tāwhiri Module shares the Māori cultural perspective of Self-Awareness. We introduce what Awareness means for a person and their spiritual journey and basic practical tools to harness this power.
This module contains 3 lessons:

- The purpose of Awareness explained by the Māori language
- Practical tools and some shared experiences to ground the information
